Address information
You do not have to inform us of your new address if you move house in the Netherlands.
In the Netherlands: no action needed
In the event of an address change within the Netherlands, you do not have to take any action. We are automatically informed of your new address, once it is registered with the (new) municipality. Any mail will be sent to your new address.
Abroad: inform us of your address
If you live in or move to another country, you must register in the Dutch Non-residents Records Database, or Registratie Niet-Ingezetenen (RNI). We will automatically receive your new address details abroad.
Receiving mail at another address
Instead of receiving mail at your home address, you can choose to receive it at a different address.
- You can select this option easily and quickly on our website. Log in with your DigiD and go to Personal details.
- If you don't have DigiD, use the change of postal address form (pdf) to adjust your choice.
